FastLoadPrivacy Policy
FastLoad ("we", "our", or "the Service"), available at https://fastload.app, is a load-board assistant for truck drivers and dispatchers. It monitors freight load boards, matches available loads to a driver's profile, and lets the driver send bid emails to freight brokers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account and profile data — your name or unit name, login, company name (MC name), MC number, location (city, state, ZIP), search radius, preferred load types, and truck description you provide in your profile.
- Google account data — if you choose to connect your Gmail account, we receive your Gmail address and an OAuth refresh token issued by Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Telegram data — if you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID so the Service can send you load notifications.
- Usage data — bids you send through the Service (recipient, subject, message text, and time sent), kept as your bid history.
How we use Google user data
The Service uses the Gmail API with the gmail.send scope for exactly one purpose: to send bid emails from your own Gmail address to freight brokers, and only when you explicitly click "Send bid". Specifically:
- We do not read, scan, or access your inbox or any existing emails.
- We do not send any email without your direct action.
- We do not use your Google data for advertising.
- We do not sell or transfer your Google data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the feature you requested (delivering your email through Google's own servers).
- Your OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted at rest and used only to authorize sending emails you initiate.
How we store and protect data
All data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the European Union. Sensitive credentials, including Gmail OAuth tokens, are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. The Service is served exclusively over HTTPS.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Emails you send are delivered to the broker you choose, from your own email address. Service infrastructure providers (database and server hosting) process data solely on our behalf.
Data retention and deletion
Your profile and connection data are kept while your account is active. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your profile page — this deletes the stored OAuth token immediately. You can also revoke FastLoad's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request full deletion of your account and data, contact us at the address below and we will remove it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
